Center for Evaluation Innovation ; ORS Impact

The Center for Evaluation Innovation was created in 2009 to push evaluation practice in new directions and into new arenas. It specializes in areas that are hard to measure and where conventional program evaluation approaches are not always a good fit. This includes, for example, advocacy and policy change, communications, and systems change efforts.  ORS Impact was established in 1989 and has developed an international reputation as a leader in outcomebased planning and evaluation, providing consultation to philanthropic, nonprofit, and public sector organizations that promotes strategic learning, accountability, and decision making.
